Pharmacy Advice Audit 2022 From Monday 31st January

The PSNC’s third Pharmacy Advice Audit is to be conducted during w/c 31st January 2022
The audit will demonstrate how pharmacies are supporting their communities every day and assist PSNC in gathering critical evidence for use in funding discussions with HM Government and the NHS.
The audit must be carried out over a minimum of one day, please record ALL interactions/ consultations that day – it’s evidence as to how busy you are! If during that one day you don’t record at least 20 consultations/ patient interactions, continue for a second and if needed third day.

When all consultations have been completed, you must complete two PharmOutcomes modules so that PSNC can view your findings:
1. PSNC Pharmacy Advice Audit 2022 – Overview. One-time entry
2. PSNC Pharmacy Advice Audit 2022 – Data Entry. Complete for each consultation/interaction
Last year’s Advice Audit provided compelling evidence for use in negotiations, and the results were also critical in helping to persuade MPs to support the case for COVID-19 costs. .
