Virtual Outcomes latest training module

Virtual Outcomes have now launched two modules to support pharmacies in understanding more about the Hypertension Case Finding Service.

1. Module 1 - To support the whole pharmacy team to understand the background to the service and why it is so important to get involved in promoting to patients and community (20 mins)
2. Module 2 - To support the pharmacist who will deliver the service to understanding the requirements.  This also includes a look at the different results and how to respond (15 mins)

Virtual Outcomes are also writing a module for GP Surgeries which will be available soon.  This will be for you to share with your local surgeries to engage them in the service and how they can work with their pharmacies to get the most out of it.

This online training is provided free of charge to all community pharmacies located in Southampton, Hampshire, Isle of Wight and Portsmouth. The training has been funded by CPSC to help pharmacies meet their requirement to deliver services and support health promotion activities throughout the year.
