University of Bath Primary Care Programme to upskill pharmacists towards Independent Prescribing or expand scope of practice

The University of Bath Primary Care Programme has created units to upskill community pharmacists towards independent prescribing or expand the scope of practice should they already be a prescriber.
The webinar is a good opportunity for employers and pharmacists learn more about the programme.

The webinar will provide insights into the course programme, which has been developed for pharmacists working in community pharmacies, primary care networks, general practice, community hospitals and health and justice.
There will be a presentation followed by a live Q&A, with the opportunity to ask staff and current students questions about the courses.
They are currently recruiting for the Clinical Pharmacy Practice (Primary Care and Community) September 2022 intake. The closing date for applications is 25 July.
Prices start from £735 for a 15 CATS credit (CPD) unit.
