PQS: Antibiotic Audit Reporting Issue

Following on from a question raised during the webinar PSNC have confirmed that an error has been identified with the data sent out in an email last week by ESPAUR to some community pharmacies.

The email was sent to pharmacies stating they had not yet completed the required to data input of 25 antibiotic audits. It appears to have affected pharmacies who completed some or all the data input before 3^rd December 2021.

Pharmacies who received this email are advised to ignore the email from ESPAUR and continue to make their PQS declaration.

Following every data submission, you will receive an email confirmation. Keep these as evidence of meeting the domain requirement.

PHE Portal remains open for data submission until 31^st March 2021.
