NHS England and NHS Improvement have published details of this year’s PQS:
This is a summary of the gateway criteria for PQS 21/22:
- At least 20 New Medicine Service (NMS) completed between 1st April 2021 – 5th January 2022.
- Written Patient Safety Report including:
- LASA learnings
- Risk Review including:
- Risk of missing sepsis
- Risk of missing red flags on OTC sales
- Minimising covid transmission
- CPPE e-learning for ALL pharmacists and registered technicians*
