Gateway Criteria support - NMS Tracker
Check your pharmacy have claimed for the required number of NMS here: Pharmacy Quality Scheme (PQS) | NHSBSA
You have until April 5th to claim for any NMS completed in Feb and March to make Gateway.
Domain 4 - Antibiotic Review
You should now have started undertaking work for the Antibiotic Review in order to allow 8 weeks before the last day of the declaration period. Deadline to start was the 4th February 2023 – templates below for collecting the information before putting it on MYS.

Domain 5 NHS Profile Manager updated for PQS Palliative End of Life Care criterion
You are now able to update NHS Profile Manager if you routinely hold the 16 palliative and end of life care (PEoLC) medicines listed and can support local access to parenteral haloperidol.
If you meet the relevant Pharmacy Quality Scheme (PQS) requirement please update NHS Profile Manager as soon as possible and before 31st March 2023 to meet the PQS criterion.
