NHS Regional Clinical Leadership Fellow Scheme
Written by AlisonFreemantle on Thursday 3rd March 2022
The NHS Regional Clinical Leadership Fellow Scheme has been established to expand opportunities for aspiring clinical leaders to gain the necessary experience and skills for future system leadership roles.
The scheme is a partnership between NHS England and NHS Improvement and the Faculty of Medical Leadership and Management.
There is an opportunity for early career pharmacists for a part-time (0.6wte) secondment into the NHSEI regional team for one year to develop system leadership insight and skills. The regional fellows are multi-professional and lead on key projects that contribute to regional and national priorities. For example our current pharmacist regional fellow is working in the Greener NHS programme and has recently been supporting the COVID vaccination programme.
The deadline for application is 5pm on 23rd March and there is a webinar on 8th March for those who may be interested. All details are on this link.
