New Pharmacy Technician Community of Practice – Hampshire & Isle of Wight ICB

The Pharmacy Technician Community of Practice (CoP) is a network for Pharmacy Technicians of all levels across Hampshire and Isle of Wight, with an interest in the development of the Pharmacy Technician workforce. The CoP is a space for Pharmacy Technicians to contribute ideas, thoughts, challenges, development and learning as well as developing their own networks.

The aim is to co-create a collaborative platform that brings together organisations and a system-wide approach to the Pharmacy Technician workforce, benefitting both the profession and patients.

As a community we can have greater weight, voice and influence to encourage change across professional and organisational boundaries, support and create cross sector working opportunities, build capability, share knowledge and resources to support cohesive working and development of pharmacy technicians equitably across the system. 

For community pharmacy technicians the CoP will allow you to link with other technicians and create networks to share best practices, implement and improve services and provide opportunities for peer discussions and CPD.

The first meeting will be on Wednesday 17^th May at 2pm
