Independence Day Event at St Mary's Stadium

This year's ‘Maintaining your’ Independence Day Event at St Mary’s Stadium is being held on Friday 2nd July.

In celebration of COVID-19 restrictions lifting, the Saints Foundation are hosting this networking and drop in advice session as an opportunity to share how they all work to help adults who have or are at risk of losing their independence. There will be guest speakers and the Health Team at Saints Foundation will be showing attendees how exercise is a vital tool in maintaining independence. Various organisations will host stands where they have the chance to talk about their work in the community. This event will provide an environment where we can find ways of our services complementing each other to suit a joint aim in ensuring that adults maintain their independence.

Please note: As the Saints Foundation wants to maximise the number of organisations that can attend they are limiting numbers to two members of staff from each organsation. However if you feel you need more please email Marion and they will do their best to accommodate you.
