Thursday 26th May, 10-10.30am with chat until 11am.
Menohealth are providing online menopause awareness sessions twice a month throughout the next year for NHS and Primary Care colleagues in Hampshire and Isle of Wight. Stay on afterwards for a chance to chat with the Health & Wellbeing Support Services team about topics raised in the session.

Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday: weighted workouts (particularly beneficial for mid-life women).
Tuesday: Conditioning/LBT style workouts.
Thursday: Cardio/HIIT workouts.
