CPPE Leading for Change Course

This fully funded programme is open to any pharmacy professional in all sectors who has responsibility for leading people or services within their organisation. The only exception is those currently undertaking or completed one of the NHS education pathways (CPGPE, MOCH or PCPEP) as leadership is included in these pathways.

The six month e-course includes four Modules on Canvas:

• Module 1 Achieve your potential
• Module 2 Developing and managing services
• Module 3 Inspiring and achieving the best from your team
• Module 4 Pharmacy within the wider healthcare system

Each module is supported by a 2.5 hour online workshop and informal drop in zoom sessions to network etc.

You need to be available to attend each workshop (once) in the cohort you sign up to:

Cohort 10 (E-course starts 19^th September). All workshops are 9.30am-12pm

• Workshop 1 Monday 19^th September or Wednesday 28^th September
• Workshop 2 Monday 7^th November or Wednesday 16^th November
• Workshop 3 Monday 9^th January or Wednesday 18^th January
• Workshop 4 Monday 6^th March or Wednesday 15^th March

Cohort 11 (E-course starts 3^rd October). All workshops are 9.30am-12pm

• Workshop 1 Thursday 6^th October or Tuesday 11^th  October
• Workshop 2 Thursday 24^th November or Tuesday 29^th November
• Workshop 3 Thursday 19^th January or Tuesday 24^th January
• Workshop 4 Thursday 23^rd March or Tuesday 28^th March

Cohort 12 (E-course starts 1^st November). All workshops are 9.30am-12pm
