Connect for Support Hampshire - Free Promotional Pack

Background

Connect to Support Hampshire, is a website commissioned by Hampshire County Council. It has been developed to empower residents, who may not be eligible for support from the Council, to find the right support and advice to manage their own care needs. It also aims to promote general health and wellbeing which will prevent or delay the need for longer term support.

Since its launch in 2016, Connect to Support Hampshire has gone from strength to strength, with over 244,000 visitors to their website throughout 2020. The site is used by both members of the public and healthcare providers, including social care prescribers and care navigators working in GP surgeries.

Free Promotional Packs:

Connect to Support are offering community pharmacies a free Connect to Support Hampshire promotional pack to raise awareness of the website to pharmacy staff and to customers.

The pack contains a selection of publicity materials promoting the website and how those without internet access can get also obtain a printed Connect to Support Care Guide. By displaying this information in pharmacy we are helping residents connect to their communities. Promotional materials include flyers and a small stand, but they also have digital promotional items, for screens etc... if you are able to use these.
