This year’s Hampshire & IOW LPC Annual General Meeting is being held on Thursday 14th September 2023 at 1pm via a virtual Zoom meeting. The AGM is timed to coincide with a scheduled LPC meeting and will be a short meeting to enable other formal business to be conducted.
The AGM will follow a standard format adopted by CPSC and many other LPCs and provides for all Contractors to vote to accept or reject the LPC Accounts by taking into consideration both the postal votes (that we expect most contractors will choose to exercise) and any votes made in person.
At the AGM we will present the LPC’s annual accounts, which will be published on the website in due course, once they become available from the Accountants.
If you would like to attend the AGM, please notify the LPC Office at least 48 hours before by emailing skye.white@cpsc.org.uk so that the necessary Zoom invitation details can be sent.
Contractors are invited (and are encouraged) to vote on the accounts and the form which includes the voting information has already been emailed to contractors but can also be obtained by emailing skye.white@cpsc.org.uk
