Complete the online declaration by Friday 26th August 2022
In accordance with the Pharmaceutical Regulations, NHS England South East is collating the detail of pharmaceutical provision on Bank Holidays for winter 2022/23 to ensure adequate coverage across the region.
This information will also be communicated to the public, NHS 111 and the Out of Hours services.
Please complete the online declaration via the link below by Friday 26th August 2022
- If you plan to be closed on all the bank holiday dates you still need to provide a declaration.
- If you have already emailed NHSE a declaration using an old declaration form, please resubmit your declaration using the online submission.
Bank Holiday dates are:
- Christmas Day Sunday 25th December
- Boxing Day Monday 26th December
- Christmas Day Substitute Day Tuesday 27th December
- New Year’s Day Substitute Day Monday 2nd January
Note: Christmas Eve (Saturday), New Year’s Eve (Saturday) and New Year’s Day (Sunday) are normal working days (Core & Supplementary hours). If you wish to open at different times on these days, you must submit the relevant form (Core Hours and/ or Supplementary Hours) to NHSE SE by the 24th September.
Changes to Core Hours: If you wish to apply to change your core hours, please complete the relevant form. Please provide information on the expected changes to the local pharmaceutical services needs in order to support the application. Only enter core hours on this form.
Changes to Supplementary Hours: If you wish to notify a temporary or permanent change to your supplementary hours, please complete the relevant form. Only enter supplementary hours on this form.
